At WHOLEistic SELF-Defense we take our Hardstyle Kettlebell practice seriously. Inspired by the StrongFirst System, students are instructed in the foundational movements of the Kettlebell and are always encouraged to progress at their own pace as their understanding and confidence grows in their individual practices. The Kettlebell stakes its claim as an integral piece of our Restore – Strengthen – Protect Lifestyle Program, as we understand that strength is a skill and one that must be cultivated in order to live a life full of vitality. Life can simply be more fun when we are strong!! Join us for a class and experience the power of the Kettlebell for yourself.

Academy of Combative Warrior Arts is a Non-Sport, reality based, street self defense system heavily rooted in advanced WWII Combatives concepts, human biomechanics and the real life experiences of its’ founder, Justin Everman. It was created to explore and test the most efficient and intelligent methods of problem solving possible in regards to mentally and physically violent confrontations. With this in mind, the program explains the interaction of psychological concepts with the understanding of our body’s natural actions and reactions under the stress of violence. The synthesis of these concepts allows us to quickly take the student to a whole new level of functional ability. Join us for a small group class and learn how to stay safer in today’s modern world.

Based on the teachings and thoughts of Katy Bowman, Founder of Nutritious Movement, this all levels class has one goal in mind. MOVE MORE. Our modern culture has evolved into a predominantly sedentary community and with the continuous growth of technology, there is no end in site. We must begin to learn to PROTECT ourselves from the modern day foes of sitting and screens by moving more often with mindfulness and to cultivate our attention, so that we understand how to successfully interact with the environment around us on a daily basis. Join us for some RESTORE-ative movement, a bit of lifestyle discussion and ultimately, gain a bit more insight of how to navigate through today’s modern world with STRENGTH, confidence and vitality.
